Common questions

Do I need an account?

No. There is no sign-up, no login, and no cloud account. Download the app and start training.

Where is my data stored?

Everything stays on your iPhone. You can export a full backup file (including progress photos) anytime and restore it on a new device. Optional Apple Health sync is under your control.

Which gym machines can it connect to?

Treadmills, indoor bikes, and rowers that support Bluetooth FTMS — plus spin bikes that broadcast power and cadence. Brands include Life Fitness, Matrix, Technogym, Concept2, Body Bike, Precor, and more. A guided wizard helps you find and verify your machine, even in a row of identical ones.

Is it available in Norwegian?

Yes — the whole app is localized in English and Norwegian (bokmål), following your iPhone language.

Does it work with Apple Watch?

Yes. A companion watch app shows your rest timer, set checklist, and cardio metrics on your wrist.

How do I cancel the subscription?

Anytime in your Apple ID subscription settings, or from Profile → Manage subscription in the app. The 7-day free trial can be cancelled before billing starts.
