By using JJ-Workout you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Use of the app

JJ-Workout helps you log workouts and track progress for personal fitness.
You are responsible for training safely and consulting qualified professionals when needed.
The app does not require a separate JJ-Workout account. Log Out in Profile only ends your current session on this device; your data remains stored locally. Elite access is tied to your Apple ID subscription.

JJ-Workout does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Estimated calories, one-rep max (1RM), volume, and progression suggestions are approximations only.

JJ-Workout may offer time-limited promo codes for invited testers. These grant temporary app access on your device only and are not billed through Apple.
Promo access expires automatically; subscribe to Elite before it ends to continue without interruption.
Promo codes are not sold in the App Store and may be withdrawn at any time.

JJ-Workout requires an active JJ-Workout Elite subscription after onboarding. A 7-day free trial may be offered for new subscribers; billing starts when the trial ends unless you cancel earlier.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account. Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends. The price is shown in the app and App Store at purchase time (e.g. 49 NOK/month in Norway).
Manage or cancel anytime in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone, or from Profile → Manage subscription in the app.
Family Sharing may be available if enabled for the subscription in App Store Connect.
Refunds are handled by Apple according to Apple Media Services terms.

Features may change, be added, or removed as the app evolves.
We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
