Subscription & free trial

JJ-Workout Elite is 49 NOK/month after a 7-day free trial. Manage or cancel in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, or from Profile → Manage subscription in the app.

Restore purchases

New phone or reinstalled? Open Profile → Subscription and tap Restore purchases. Elite follows your Apple ID — no separate account needed.

Backup & moving devices

Export a full backup file from Profile → Export Backup and import it on your new device. Photos and your full history come along.

Bluetooth equipment

Trouble pairing a treadmill, bike, or rower? Use the guided wizard in Profile → Gym equipment, and make sure the machine isn't already connected to another phone.

Report a bug

Tell us what happened, which screen you were on, and attach a screenshot if you can. Your iPhone model and iOS version help too.

Privacy & data

Your data stays on your device. Read the Privacy Policy, or delete everything locally via Profile → Delete Account & Data.
